About HR360

HR360 Consulting was founded by Mike Thomson, a senior HR leader with extensive experience supporting complex, highly regulated organisations across healthcare, justice, housing and social care.

Mike has built his career working in environments where workforce governance, safeguarding and regulatory scrutiny are critical. He partners with executive teams and operational leaders to strengthen workforce strategy, manage complex people challenges and support organisational change.

His work has supported organisations regulated by bodies including CQC, NHS England, NHS Scotland, HMPIS, the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Housing Regulator, providing a strong understanding of the workforce challenges faced by regulated services.

HR360 Consulting brings this experience together to provide practical, commercially aware HR support, helping organisations manage risk, strengthen leadership capability and build stable, high-performing teams.
